ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) offers a range of vocational qualifications from Team Leading to Senior Management. The ILM is the UK’s professional Institute and awarding body that specialises in the needs of First-Line Managers, Team Leaders and Strategic/Middle Managers. The ILM offers a wide range of management qualifications, which we can tailor to your individual needs.
Our ILM Programmes
Our ILM programmes are tailored to the specific needs of individual businesses to develop relevant skills within a timescale and budget that suits your needs. It’s therefore important that you choose the qualification and study level that suits your own schedule, responsibilities and needs. Who is it for?
· Team Leaders to Senior Managers (Levels 2-4)
· All Managers from production through to Sales
· Developing individuals within the organisation
Introductory Certificates and Diplomas
These qualifications offer a shorter option and initial introduction for all management levels. As with all our ILM accredited training, these programmes are normally on an in-house basis where participants can tailor the focus of the training to their own business needs.
Certificate in Team Leading (Level 2)
This is a highly practical programme that covers the key principles of supervision and management at the Team Leader level. It is an excellent foundation programme for both new and experienced team leaders.

Certificate in First Line Management (Level 3)
Participants will normally be either practising or aspiring First Line Managers. The certificate is achieved through a combination of guided learning (including workshops), self-study, assessments and implementation in the workplace. As with all ILM accredited training, this is a very practical programme focused on the specific responsibilities of the participants.

Diploma in Management (Level 4)
The full Diploma is available from through a combination of guided learning, self-study, written assessments and practical application in the work-place. This is a comprehensive qualification suitable for Middle/Strategic Managers, which, as with all the ILM programmes is clearly focused on demonstrating the application of the training in the workplace.
