What does enrolment and registration involve?

Enrolment and registration are administrative procedures that place you on our books, ensuring that you have access to facilities and appropriate support. It also enables clarification of aims and objectives of your proposed training course and places you on the register. Once you are sure of the course you would like to attend, you should enrol at the Admin Office between 9.30 am and 5.30pm. Your enrolment or registration fees for Word Processing and ECDL Part 1 are £25 if you are unemployed and claiming benefit or £75 if you are not. For ECDL Part 2, your registration fees are £25 if you are unemployed and £80 if you are not. The registration fees cover basic administration, tea and coffee.

Tuition, currently estimated at £1500, is being met by government funds. Therefore, the training is available to you absolutely free. Examination and certification fees, payable to awarding bodies, are not included. Please ask for details.

Is there additional support for English Language?

Spoken English language sessions are offered to help clients whose mother tongue is not English. These structured English courses are taught at three different levels and lead to Pitman or Cambridge certified exams. Experience has shown that clients who have completed our English courses have demonstrated improved performance on the IT courses.
