Terms and Conditions
1. Courses may be offered in association with other reputable institutions, companies or training providers.
2. No client or participant will be admitted to any course unless the Director of Training Services is satisfied
that the client or participant’s previous educational or occupational background will enable him/her to
benefit from the proposed course.
3. The tuition fee is not refundable unless our establishment is not able to provide the course.
4. Once paid, fees are not refundable unless the client or participant is denied by the appropriate British authority
permission to enter or to remain in the United Kingdom. If, having been denied such permission a client or
participant wishes to obtain a refund of fees, s/he must provide the College with a letter from the Home Office
or from a British Embassy or High Commission overseas stating that a visa has been denied. No refund,
however, will be given to a client or participant expelled from the UK for a criminal offence. If a client or
participant is denied a visa having started a course, fees will be refunded on a pro rata basis. In all cases of
refund, a minimum of 10% of the course fee will be retained to cover administration charges.
5. Where a client or participant who has paid his/her fees does not take up the particular course, their
sponsors and/or the relevant authorities may be notified. The Home Office will only consider an applicant
to be a full-time client or participant if s/he is receiving at least 15 hours of tuition per week.
Clients / Participants are advised that failure to attend courses regularly could result in the cancellation of the
visa granted by the Home Office.
