At North London ITeC we focus beyond the technology. We work in partnership with you to keep your business running smoothly during a natural, man-made or technological disaster. We provide fully functional, warm online, real-time solutions to protect your business beyond a disaster with little or no interruption.

To ensure the highest level of protection for our customers, North London ITeC’s Business Continuance service has three phases:

1. Preparing for disaster – we set up a warm online ‘virtual workstation’ environment to contain all critical business applications which are accessible from any location or situation;
2. Maintaining a recovery system – we conduct a strategic level review of data backup policy and procedures, the ‘virtual workstation’ and systems information from the Business Continuance facility;
3. Disaster Recovery Activation – full transparent reconnection enables the company to resume work on their business applications through their ‘virtual workplace’.
